Classroom Addition

Completed for the week ending October 4, 2019:

  • Roof flashing installation continued.
  • Site concrete areas prepped for new curb and gutter and aprons.
  • Interior masonry walls continued in the shop area.
  • Second floor concrete topping poured and interior wall layout in process.
  • Interior wall framing on second floor has begun.
  • Window frames have all been set.
  • Existing boiler room modification work continued.
  • Precast wall patching taking place.

 

Planned for the week ending October 11, 2019:

  • Roof flashing installation to be completed Site concrete to be poured.
  • Interior masonry walls to continue in shop area.
  • Second floor wall framing to continue.
  • Second floor mechanical and electrical work.
  • Temporary poly over window openings to be installed until glass arrives.
  • Parking lot paving to take place near the end of the week.

 

FITNESS ADDITION

Completed for the week ending October 4, 2019:

  • Mechanical and Electrical rough-in work completed.
  • Roof flashing continued to take place.

 

Planned for the week ending October 11, 2019:

  • Sheetrock installation to begin.
  • Temporary poly over all windows to be installed.
  • Aluminum entrance doors and frames to be installed.
  • Roof flashing to be completed.
