Welcome to our activity registration hub! All student-athletes and activity participants must complete their registration and required eligibility forms online before participating in practice, tryouts, or games.
How to Register
We use Bound for our online activity registration. Registration is completed in three simple steps:
Create or Log In to Your Bound Account
Visit our School Bound Portal Link and log in to your existing account, or click Create Account to create a new family account if you are a first-time user.
Register for Your Activity
Import your student, choose the sport or activity they are participating in for the upcoming season, and verify your family contact and emergency information.
Complete Online Eligibility & Health Documents
Before submitting your registration, you will be prompted to complete all required forms digitally within Bound, including:
MSHSL Eligibility Statement: Read and electronically sign the annual Minnesota State High School League eligibility forms.
Health & Medical Questionnaire: Complete the mandatory student health history and emergency medical clearance questions.
Hancock High School Handbook Review: Read through our handbook and complete an electronic signature verifying your agreement
Sports Physical Verification: Ensure your student has a current sports physical on file with the athletics office (physicals are valid for 3 years from the exam date).
Important Reminders
Clearance Prior to Day 1: Students will not be permitted to practice until an unexpired sports physical is on file.
Physical Exam Form: If you need to submit a new physical exam, you can upload the signed doctor’s clearance page directly during the Bound registration process or drop off a copy at the Activities Office.
Activity Fees: Any applicable participation fees can be paid securely through Bound at the time of registration or paid by cash or check in the office.
