Tim Schaefer is a 1992 graduate of Hancock and lives east of Hancock with his wife Kristin and four children.  His four children are enrolled in Hancock in grade school up through high school.  He is a business owner and has a background in finance, strategic planning, and family business transition planning.  He currently is a part of the finance committee, data and trends committee, teacher negotiations and technology committees.

 

 

     Justin Cronen and his wife Karla have four children who attend the Hancock School.  He began serving on the school board in 2021 and is a member of the board’s finance committee.  Justin grew up in Kandiyohi, MN and has lived on a hobby farm near Hancock since 2010.  Justin is employed at Community Development Bank where he serves as the bank’s CFO and Market President.

 

     

     John Boon was born and raised in Hancock and is a 1991 graduate of Hancock Public School.  He and his wife have five children that are the 4th generation of Boons to attend the school.  He feeds cattle on the family farm southwest of Hancock and also volunteers on the fire department and is a member of his church’s council.  The family enjoys going to threshing bees, fairs, and other area events.

 

 

 

      Kevin Koehl and wife, Julie Ann have lived near Hancock their entire lives.  Kevin graduated from HHS in 1992 and Julie graduated in 1994.  They have four children, Nathan, Kaleb, Jackson and Karina.  He works and lives southwest of Hancock in their family agribusiness.

 

 

 

     Troy Hausmann is a 1986 graduate of Hancock School and is married to Alice and has two daughters,  Amber and Jordan.   Troy is involved with the Hancock Lions Club, helps with firearm safety, and the Stewardship committee at Our Redeemers Lutheran church.  He enjoys fishing, hunting, watching sporting events on television and cheering on the Hancock Owls teams.

 

 

 

     Brett Duncan is a 1994 graduate of Hancock.  Brett and his wife Heather live and farm southwest of Hancock.  He has two children attending Hancock Public Schools.  He’s a member of the Teacher negotiation, Administration negotiation, Truancy, and Technology committees.
