Dear Hancock School Families:
The Hancock School District and the City of Hancock is working with the West Central Initiative (with support from MnDOT) to identify opportunities and challenges for kids walking and biking to school. We would like you to share your input by completing a brief survey. You can complete the survey by clicking on the survey monkey link below.
This survey will take about 5-10 minutes to complete. We ask that each family complete only one survey per school your children attend. If more than one child attends the same school, please fill out the survey for the child with the next birthday from today’s date. Please complete the survey by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 13th.
Your responses will be kept confidential and neither your name nor your child’s name will be associated with any results.

West Central Initiative is aware that many kids live in rural areas and cannot feasibly walk or bike to school, but still value input from all of our families. If you do not have access to internet at home and would like to request a paper version of the survey, please contact the school office at (320) 392-5621.
