Hancock BPA Qualifies 4 students for the National Leadership Conference in Anaheim, California.
Unfortunately, due to poor travel conditions, half of the Hancock BPA team was unable to make the trip to Minneapolis.
Noah Luthi took top honors by finishing 1st in Network Administration using Cisco at the recent State Leadership Conference for Business Professionals of America on March 9-11, qualifying him for a trip to the nationals in Anaheim, CA in April. Noah also finished 8th place in Entrepreneurship.
Diego Serna qualified for nationals in two events by placing 3rd in Network Administration using Cisco, and 4th in Network Administration using Microsoft.
The Computer Animation Team of Gage Schmidgall and Krista Duncan placed third earning them a trip to Nationals. Gage also placed in the top ten in Prepared Speech.
Other members placing in the top twenty include the Website Design Teams of Matthew Aslagson and Donovan Curfman placing 14th and the Team of Carissa Timmerman and Cassandra Villela placing 15th.
The Broadcast News Team of Kaylee Wink, Alexis Wilson, Courtni Payne and Nevaeh Birr placed 11th.
Maggie Schmidgall placed 19th in Extemporaneous Speech.
Monty Minnick and Aidan Hacker placed in the top half of their general contests.
