Hancock Public School Junior High Knowledge Bowl teams competed in Fergus Falls on Tuesday, October 17th. There were 14 teams competing at this meet. Hancock teams placed as follows:
First place: Beau Haugen, Jaxon Howe, Jett Nuest, Emmett Charles, Gavin Koehl. (Their final score was 104, 31 points ahead of second place!).
Fifth place: Trevyn Carr, Hudson Scott, Will Haugen, Bennett Nesvig, Levi Staples (missed THIRD place by 0.5 points!)
Eighth place: Connor Flaten, Tyson Nohl, Shae Boon, Ignacio Felix, Kyria Gramm (won the English award – answered the most English-related questions correctly throughout the day).
