Classroom Addition

Completed for the week ending August 16, 2019:

• Underground plumbing work continues.
• Underground electrical work continues.
• Interior renovation work to continued with sheetrocking, taping and sanding.
• Existing room casework relocation took place.
• Exterior site work with removals and underground electrical underway.
• Parking lot light pole base installation took place.

                              

Planned for the week ending August 23, 2019:

• Roofing to begin.
• Interior masonry walls to begin.
• Underground plumbing work to continue.
• Underground electrical to be wrapped up.
• Interior renovation work to be completed.
• Sitework prep to continue with asphalt removal and site prep to take place.

 

Fitness Addition

Completed for the week ending August 16, 2019:

• Additional door opening cut in
• Bar joists in existing building for increased show load have been installed New roof drains have been cut into existing roof and roofed in
• New roof parapet wall framing completed, and roofing has begun.
• Interior renovation work continued with wall infills, wall framing and mechanical modifications.

 

Planned for the week ending August 23, 2019:

• New roof work to be completed.
• Roof drain piping to continue through the new addition.
• Interior modifications to be completed in existing spaces.
