Classroom Addition

Completed for the week ending September 27, 2019:

• Roofing completed, flashing install is underway.
• Interior masonry walls continued
• Window frames continue to be set
• Mechanical rough-in work continued
• Sitework prep for concrete aprons, curbs and sidewalk work taking place.
• Existing boiler room modification work continued

 

Planned for the week ending October 4, 2019:

• Roof flashing installation to continue.
• Site concrete to be prepped and poured.
• Interior masonry walls to continue.
• Second floor concrete topping to be poured.
• Window frames to continue being set.
• Additional site concrete to be poured, weather permitting

 

Fitness Addition

Completed for the week ending September 27, 2019:

• Window frame install took place.
• Metal stud framing completed.
• Mechanical and Electrical rough-in work continued.

 

Planned for the week ending October 4, 2019:

• Mechanical and electrical rough-in work to continue.
• Sheetrock installation to begin.
