Classroom Addition

Completed for the week ending August 9, 2019:

• Underground plumbing work underway.
• Underground electrical work underway.
• Interior renovation work to continued with structural reinforcement and window infills.
• Exterior site grading and topsoil placement is underway.

                              

Planned for the week ending August 16, 2019:

• Roofing to begin.
• Mechanical roof drain piping from existing building to additions to take place.
• Interior masonry walls to begin.
• Underground plumbing work to continue.
• Underground electrical to be wrapped up.
• Interior renovation work to continue with second floor hallway connections. Work to be completed by the end of this week with the exception of new window installs.

 

Fitness Addition

Completed for the week ending August 9, 2019:

• Roof drain modifications to begin being routed for tie in to the new storm sewer lines.
• Interior renovation work to continued with infills of existing windows, interior connection wall framing.
• Additional bar joists in existing building were installed.
• Exterior stoop footing formed and poured.
• Bar joists were set and decking to begin being installed.

 

Planned for the week ending August 16, 2019:

• Roof drain modifications to begin being routed for tie in to the new storm sewer lines.
• Exterior sitework prep to take continue for sidewalks to be poured on August 19^th and 20^th.
• Interior renovation work to be completed this week.
